Fitzpatrick Fuels: Returns Policy
If you would like to return your goods, please email our team at: office@fitzpatrick-fuels.co.uk, within 14 days of receipt of your order. When contacting us in relation to a return, please include your order reference number and a brief explanation for the reason for the return.
Providing your order has not been used, and is returned to us in its original packaging, we will process a refund for you within 5 working days. If you have no means of returning your order, we will arrange collection of the goods upon request, debiting the courier collection charges from your refund. Collection charges are dependent on the size of your goods, and the collection location, with the cost varying from £15 to £80. Please contact us if you would like to discuss the collection charge.
Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at office@fitzpatrick-fuels.co.uk, or call us on 01484 653 768 as soon as possible, quoting your order number. Providing the goods have not been dispatched, you can cancel your order without any charge.
We aim to dispatch orders the same day, or the following working day, so if you need to cancel your order, please do let us know as soon as you can.
Damaged Products:
If the goods have been signed as damaged on the delivery note and you do not want us to send you a replacement, we will arrange a collection of the goods at no cost to you. Damaged goods need to be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery.
Please note, our collection service is charged per collection attempt. Therefore, collection of your goods will be free on the first occasion, with a charge for subsequent attempts thereafter – in the instance, for example, you are not home when we arrive to collect your goods.
