New Product: Glotherm Smokeless Fuel

New Product:

Just before the winter season we started stocking a new product, Glotherm smokeless fuel. This fuel is a fully authorised smokeless briquette and is currently our cheapest smokeless coal. Not only that, it is probably the cheapest you will find in the whole of Huddersfield!

Although the price point of this product is low, the performance is fantastic. Glotherm is produced by a company called Coyle Coal, who have sold Glotherm for a long time in Ireland, where it is very popular. So you can be sure it is a tried and true tested smokeless coal.

How Does Glotherm Burn?

Glotherm has a high quantity of pet coke, usually only seen in more expensive smokeless fuels. This means that it burns hot with a toasty high heat burn and strong bright flames. This coal will be sure to heat up the entire room over a long period. Better yet it does it all with an attractive burn so that it is sure to make your home cosy.

Glotherm doesn’t produce a lot of ash, so that you don’t have to spend as much to time cleaning out your fire. With a modest burn time this fuel excels for burning during the day, while other fuels such as supertherm or Newheat will perform better as an overnight fuel.

To Summarise:

Glotherm is a fully authorised smokeless briquette. It is ideal for multi-fuel stoves, open fires and closed appliances. This fuel burns with a bright and attractive flame, and has a high heat output. Glotherm briquettes are of a medium size and therefore are not as good as other fuels such as newheat and supertherm for staying in overnight. This product is the cheapest smokeless fuel that we currently offer.
